The Rayavadee Thailand journey began 12 years ago, when Richard met Uraiwan. We fell in love with each other and respectively each others countries and culture.

Over the years we have both supported each others projects, and now live almost permanently in Thailand, having fallen in love with all that is Thailand – the people, the varied landscapes, the climate, food and pace of life. We have been lucky to have experienced everything that we have and hope to help and support others that are thinking of following a similar path. Thailand is a unique and wonderful place and we aim to help like minded souls to navigate the intricacies of making the dream of  owning that special home or business in Thailand a reality.

To this end we made the decision to live and work for much of time in Thailand.

We worked hard and watched our plans turn into reality. Richard comments that “Uraiwan’s artistic background really put us in good stead. She always had a dream of developing and building her own house She grasped the basics and ran with them. Her first project was her own property, where we still live in today. Her next venture was a mini resort; yes, a mini resort! This was built over a three-year period and was recently succesfully sold following an unbelievable response we had from a variety of international buyers”

As we live in both Thailand and the UK and have a good practical understanding of both cultures. We are now inundated with requests for certain properties and land from a vast range of international purchasers. Because we have managed projects and developed choice plots of land – as well as being immersed personally in the property sector, we have become known and respected for providing exactly that – quality service and know how.

Rayavadee Thailand  have developed relationships with property sellers who own wonderful properties and land;. Sellers that have chosen us to carry out a sale for them. Only we have the sole right to sell any of the properties we list and therefore we can make sure that our purchasers have a choice of wonderful properties at an attractive level of value.

Buying in Thailand can be slightly confusing and sometimes off putting because of the lack of clarity and digestible information on the process. We guide our purchasing clients through the whole process step by step. We have forged relationships with trusted local solicitors who carry out all translations into English, which takes away a whole load of unnecessary worry and stress from the process.
